Quick Thoughts

My black pants have chalk all over them, which I think is so cool and teacherish. My hands are also regularly covered with dry erase marker.

One of the best parts about teaching Latin is making up (and having the kids make up) example sentences. A product of today:

"The pencil that is yellow has many friends."

That was an English illustration of the relative pronoun.

I still have to take a shower and eat dinner, so I'd better run.

So... are you not doing postbaccalaureate studies anymore? where do you work? where do you live? why is Laura with you? I am SO confused!

Awww, that makes me think of Dr. Folsom...he always had chalk on his pants. You're right, it's very teacherish.

Forgot to add: Are you doing anything this weekend?? As of now I have no Saturday plans...hint hint.

Hey, next weekend my other Katie is coming down and we're going to the Virginia Scottish Games that are about an hour away from my house. Tickets are $15 if you want to come!

So, I forgot to ask - are you at the same school as Laura?
Does that mean you're not living at home?
Your life plans changed too quickly for me to catch up.
